Anger…

I hope all is well with you in the name of Jesus. I write to you praying always that you will be encouraged and lifted up in the Lord. The joy of the Lord is our strength.

Are you a person that goes around feeling angry all the time? Do you feel like a time bomb ready to explode? Do you wish you could be more loving, kinder, and more compassionate towards others? You can be. I encourage you to take a moment to think before you respond to hurting words that are hurled at you in anger. Do not retaliate and lash out in more anger because you’ve been hurt? “Proverbs -23:7 says as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 18:21 tells us that “death and life are in the power of the tongue; and they that love it shall eat the fruit there of.”

We must and ask God to help us to change the way that we think so we don’t speak evil words into someone’s life either. We have to be very careful not to hold malice in our heart toward others. We convey a negative attitude to others when we do, that can be very damaging. Some people are more sensitive than others and it can impact someone’s life for years to come. Words can scar a person when they are not spoken in love. The world does not care about you and me, but God does. God is love and love covers a multitude of sin. Let God teach you how to love all mankind. God’s thoughts and ways are much higher than the world’s. Romans-12:2 tells us not to be conformed to this world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds, that we may be able to prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Would you like to have the character of God? Ask Him today, He will help you.
I encourage you to read (Ephesians- 4:31-32.) Don’t let bitterness, wrath, unforgivness, and evil speaking dictate to you. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath. If you have anything against your brother take your gift and lay it on the altar, and forgive him or her.

I believe this will be a better world when we all learn to love each other and put others before ourselves. I pray God’s blessings and benefits overtake your life in abundance!
