Glory be to God…

Glory be to God
That I did not stop
When I felt like it
When it was hard
When it was hot
When the flames were raging
When the seas were turning

Glory be to God
That I carried on going!
Though fatigued
Though weary
Though I saw only little fruit

Glory be to God
That I did not stop
That I saw the promise
I saw God
I saw His faithfulness
I saw what He could do
I saw what He had already done
And now I even see clearly
That all that happened
Was for my own good

Glory to God
Thank You Lord for the journey
And for bringing me to this place
