River of life

Do you ever wish you knew of a river you could jump into that would wash away all the sins and cares of a troubled world? There is such a river that flows down from heaven above. Revelation 22:1 says: And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

I want to experience this river more and more. This is a river that flows on and on and never runs dry. This is a river that produces fruit and has healing in its wings. Its waiting for you and I to jump in and get our feet wet. I would not be satisfied just getting my feet wet. I want to be covered from head to toe in the river of life; immersing your feet in the river is a good place to start though. In time, you will want that river to wash over you as it washes away all your impurities.

Psalm 1:3 says And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bring forth his fruit in his season, his leaf also shall not whither; and whatsoever he does shall prosper. I encourage you to jump into the river of life and stay rooted and grounded to experience the fullness of God. We must come to a place where we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Then we will be ready to call upon His name and jump into the river of life. Are you ready to jump in?

I pray that God will stir the waters and the hearts of His people to run and not walk to the river of life. I pray that we will jump in and let the water wash over us. Our lives will never be the same again. Let the river flow in Jesus’ name!
