Victory

1 Corinthians 15:5-8 tells us to be steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord; forasmuch as you know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

God gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. We have to die daily and pick up our lives and follow Him.
We can’t go on the journey alone. It’s too hard. We need Jesus. He has gone before us to prepare the way. Our biggest mistake is believing in our hearts that we can be successful doing things our way, such that in time we end up falling flat on our faces. We need Jesus, He is our helper. If you are pliable in His hands; He will shape you and mold you into what He has created you to be. We have to be taught and we must be willing to let the greatest Teacher of all teach us.

Psalm 98:1 says to sing a new song unto the Lord, because He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have gotten victory. We are victorious the Lord.

Now, that is something to sing about. We can walk in victory if we will only believe.
God has given us all earthly fathers; many of whom have failed us because they, just like us, walk in weakness. You can be sure that God is the real deal who will not leave us or forsake us forever. He corrects us, convicts us and teaches us all truth. He opens our eyes to see and our ears to hear because He loves us so much such that He does not want us to be ignorant. Hosea 4:6 impresses upon our hearts that God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. We as people of God cannot stand by and let people perish because of this. We must take a stand for Jesus and get the word out to those we come in contact with. We must bear fruit that glorifies God in every way. God will never lead us astray. He will lead us down the road of victory.

Whatever is born of God overcomes the world, and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith! You were born to overcome with God’s help.
