A bright light on a driftwood
A lady, Niecy Lewis, was telling me about a vision God showed her concerning our church. She said in this vision that God showed her a very bright bulb, sitting on driftwood on open water. She said the wood looked worn, having being beaten by wind and water; tossed from side to side. And yet the filaments in this very transparent bulb glowed brightly. Its brightness was very strong; it could not be contained by the elements around it. She noticed that this bulb was not hooked to any direct physical source; it was as though it got its strength from heaven. She noticed that the bulb was not put out; it remained strong and glowed brighter and brighter. Though the waters carried the driftwood, it could not overcome the bulb! And then the Lord spoke to her heart. ‘This is my church. Revival Worship Church is that bulb; it is amongst driftwood – tossed by the waters and the wind. Yet I am burning bright within in. Keep your eyes on Me. Your source is the Lord.’
Praise God.
