The Shepherd

Thank God for the Shepherd. He is my Shepherd and I shall not want. He knows how to take care of me. He has a connection to me. The Shepherd who loves with His heart and life. He is the Shepherd who has a love for me. He is the Shepherd that stays and takes care. He is the Shepherd who paid with His life. He paid with His suffering. He paid with His tears. And I know His voice. I hear Him and follow Him.

He is my Shepherd. I look out for Him. I am confident because my Shepherd is with me. I am relaxed because God is for me. He is my Shepherd I shall not want. He knows what I need today, tomorrow, next year. He knows everything about me. He knows. He knows when I am in distress. He makes the earth shake and tremble because of me; the foundations of the hills quake because He is angry that I am in distress. He comes and saves me. How sweet that He knows before I ask! He promises to give me the desires of my heart.
I just love Him. I love Him because He loves me and cares for me. He cares for me than anyone else can. I love Him because of who He is to me. The lover of my soul.

I have a responsibility to the Shepherd. I have to stay in the sheep pen. I have to lead a life pleasing to Him. I have to honor Him for how great is His love for me.
