You can have a worry free life

If we are doing Philippians 4:6-7; we will not worry. That scripture says Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.  Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

The Bible is an antidote to the ills of life. It is anti all the ills you will experience in your life that will bring worry. Many people worry simply because they do not make time to read and Bible and because they do not believe! They choose to worry rather than pray about the matter. It seems as though it is easier to worry that to pray! Scripture says tell God what you need! Pray about your need and then thank Him for all He has done in your life. Remember all He has done in your life. Remember how He saved you from much heartache; remember how He paid your bill in the past. Remember how He bought you a car; a house; gave you a job you did not deserve!

The Bible covers all elements of life. It covers what you will experience the next moment, and has already dealt with how you must react to the matter. You are not to be hopeless, but hopeful. There are too many hopeless Christians, all because they are full of worry. Think about it, the Bible has dealt with the issue of money; having much of it or not enough! If you have a lot of money; do not be prideful; be a giver! If you have little, trust God to work a miracle for you; trust God to put a stream in a desert place for you. Trust God to give you inspiration and wisdom for wealth!

The Bible has dealt with death. We will rise and live with Him on that day! The Bible has dealt with our healing; by His stripes we are whole. It deals with rejection; strife; disappointment – just look at Joseph’s life in the book of Genesis, and you will be comforted.

Worry is a sin! It shows that one does not trust God. Worry is the antonym of trusting. Which of the two do you do? You can have a worry free life if you will trust the Word of God. I pray that you will walk in that grace of trusting God for His Word to operate in your life. As you do this, God will break through for you in the most amazing ways.
