Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom…

Where the Spirit of God is
There is liberty
Freedom

To express
To live
To be happy
To rest
To be peaceful
To be alive
To show mercy
To show love
To grow
To triumph
To sow
And to gather
To have children
To choose
Or not to choose
To worship

And know God
Not because someone thrust God on you
But because you love God

There is even freedom to sin
And freedom to repent

There is no freedom to judge others
And no freedom to slander others
Because ONLY Jesus can judge

Why do we have the freedom to sin?
Because the choice will always be ours
Even when we choose sin….
And yet there is freedom in Christ
Abundant freedom
To forgive when we repent

Being under law is no freedom
Being under the Spirit is freedom
Law will never bring freedom
It did not with the 10 Commandments
And it will not bring freedom now

And it is true
Where the Spirit of the Lord is
There is liberty
For all…
