God answered a woman’s prayer as she tested God’s word

A member of church who came into church on a Sunday morning had wanted to tithe. But a battle ensued in her heart. She had a T-Mobile bill to pay on the Tuesday. What was she to do? She felt like holding on to the money and paying her bill. However she thought to herself, ‘Why not try God’s word?’ And so she put the money in the offering envelope and tithed. What would happen to the bill which was to be paid? There was no way in the natural for her to get the money.

And then on Monday, her phone kept bleeping. T-Mobile was texting her. She decided to ignore the text. She had thought they were asking for money. And then the message came to her phone again; and so she decided to take a look. The message was this: ‘Thank you. We have received your payment for your phone bill!’ What? How! It turned out her ex-husband had decided to pay her bill out of the blue! This was incredulous. Never happened before! She decided to ask him why he paid her bill. He replied, “I guess God wanted me to pay it. I found myself in their store and paid it.’

The next week she came to Bible study on the Wednesday. She gave an amount as offering, and told the usher she would want change of ten dollars. As she said those words, the Lord spoke to her and said, ‘Give it all.’ She did. The next morning she discovered that her daughter had sent double the amount she had given to her bank account!
What manner of God do we serve! This story is real. This lady is in our church. Praise God!
